A few favorites....from year 1 :)

Ok, ok, ok....I know I'm WAY behind and I know have haven't posted anything in a LONG time. I had every intention of having a collage for each year of Cameron's life ready and posted for his birthday, but as you all know that didn't happen!! We have been TOO busy celebrating his 3 years of life with parties, trips, gifts, and more cake/ice cream than I want to think about--haha! Anyway, here are some of my VERY favorite pictures from his first year. There are HUNDREDS more to choose from, but these are some of my all time favs! I'll post year 2 & 3 within the next few days, then catch up with all of our summer activities.

 

Vacation part 1 (of many )

Ryan had to work in Charlotte for a few days last week, so we decided to extend his time and add a mini, end-of-summer vacation onto the trip. We started the trip in NC visiting family :) Cameron COMPLETELY enjoyed the swimming pool this year. This is his first time in water wings and after a few minutes of checking things out he jumped right in. He is a little fish now...you can't keep him out of the water! He loves it!!!! I forsee swimming lessons in our future before next summer roles around....

 

My new jammies

Thank you Nana, Aunt Michelle, and Joan for my new jammies. Cameron's words when opening them, "Look Mommy at my beautiful new jammies!" He immediately took off the shirt he was wearing and put the top to the jammies on, as you can see from the mis-matched outfit in the picture :)

The wiggly kid :)

So, nearly 2 years later we have finally hit another milestone: a tear-free haircut for Cameron!! I have attached the pictures of his very first haircut below, which was perfect. He sat by himself the entire time with NO tears. However, as most of you know...every haircut since the first has been full of tears & wiggles...to the point of us paying the "wiggly kid" fee everytime! Hopefully he has finally realized that haircuts aren't so bad and we aren't facing another 2 years of wiggly kid cuts :) :)
